1. Avoidance of the allergenic animal

4. HEPA air purifiers and vacuum cleaners

5. Frequent cleaning and dusting


Prevention

1. Research hypoallergenic breeds

2. Keep animals out of bedrooms

3. Use allergen-proof bedding

4. Bathe and groom animals regularly
